Big Beautiful Brain is an AI-native services company. We work with private equity firms and corporate acquirers to capture how the businesses they buy really work, and we keep that knowledge working for them from the first data room to the exit.
Why we exist
Every change of ownership puts a company's knowledge at risk
When a business changes hands, the people who know how it works are asked the same questions by the deal team, the advisers, the new board and the consultants who follow, and each group leaves with its own partial picture.
We started Big Beautiful Brain after building the first Business Brain inside a multi-site distribution business and seeing what changed when its leadership could look at the whole company in one place, with every fact traced to its source, within days rather than months. Owners make better decisions sooner when the knowledge of the business is captured once, reviewed by the people who run it and kept working through the hold, and we built a services company around making that the normal way to own a business.

Big Beautiful Brain was founded by a technology executive with more than twenty-five years of building technology and AI-native businesses from the first line of code: founding and scaling technology companies, two of which reached billion-dollar valuations, leading the engineering of regulated financial platforms and large enterprise software organizations, and, early on, building the commerce and fulfillment systems that logistics businesses run on. The founder holds patents in data and graph systems, the technology at the heart of the Business Brain, and started the company after building the first brain inside an operating business and watching its leadership team put it to work.
